Ticket Delivery Options

E-Tickets

Frankston Arts Centre eTickets offer you convenience and improved access with tickets sent direct to your smartphone.

You will receive an email with your eTickets attached as a PDF. You can then choose to print your tickets or present them on your smartphone.

Helpful tips for eTickets tickets:

  • Ensure the brightness is turned up on your smartphone

  • Have the eTicket open and ready to scan as you enter the auditorium*

  • Present the eTicket to the usher for scanning

If your eTickets are not printed or accessible on your mobile device, you will directed to Box Office where your tickets can be reprinted for a small fee.

*If you’re having trouble finding your eTickets email, try searching ‘tickets’ or the name of the event. 

Collect

Tickets can be collected from the Box Office free of charge during opening hours or within the hour prior to the event.

Post

Tickets can be mailed at an additional cost. This option is not available if purchased within 10 or less days of the event.

Unless otherwise indicated, all persons require a full price ticket.

Member Prices

Membership of the Frankston Arts Centre offers Member Prices to all FAC programmed performances. Several companies that hire the venue also offer special prices to FAC Members. Visit FAC Member page

Concession (Conc)*

Unless otherwise stated, Concession includes Government Pension Card/Senior Card, Full Time Student or person in receipt of Unemployment Benefits.

Limited Concession (Ltd Conc)*

May have restrictions on Concession. Please check information related to the specific performance or contact Box Office for further details.

*Patrons who qualify for a Conc. or Ltd Conc. must be prepared to show relevant card at time of booking and/or upon entering the theatre.

Companion Card

The Frankston Arts Centre honours the Companion Card, allowing card holders access to one free ticket when accompanied by a companion. Companion tickets cannot be purchased online, please contact the Box Office for Companion Card bookings.

Designated Children's Performances

In line with the Victorian Equal Opportunity Act (1995), Frankston Arts Centre has implemented a policy regarding tickets for children and babies at certain performances. At all designated 'Children's Performances', patrons under a specific age will be admitted free of charge under the condition they do not occupy an individual seat, but rather are seated on the lap of an accompanying adult with a valid ticket. Check with the Box Office if unsure or for more information.

Tickets are sold or issued subject to the LPA Ticketing Code of Practice and are subject to the following terms and conditions:

The right of admission is reserved by Management.

Frankston Arts Centre is the authorised ticket seller to performances in our venue. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any patrons who have purchased their tickets from any unauthorised seller, including tickets resold.

The right is reserved to vary advertised artists, programs, pricing, and seating arrangements.

Tickets purchased via Frankston Arts Centre's website will be subject to an additional per-ticket booking fee.

The right is reserved to vary ticket prices at times throughout the sales period.

Specific warnings will be advised prior to the day of activity, providing that information has been supplied by the producer/promoter of that event/activity.

Latecomers may only be admitted at the discretion of Management and entry may be refused on occasions.

Unless otherwise indicated, all persons (including infants and children) must hold a valid ticket for entry to that event/activity.

Unless otherwise indicated, the use of photographic or recording equipment (including mobile phones) is strictly prohibited.

Ticket refunds and exchanges may be issued at the discretion of Management, but will not be considered within 3 business days of an event or activity. Refunds and/or exchanges may be subject to a fee.

Where applicable, GST has been applied.
