Standard Ticketing Terms and Conditions
Tickets are sold or issued subject to the LPA Ticketing Code of Practice and are subject to the following terms and conditions:
The right of admission is reserved by Management.
Frankston Arts Centre is the authorised ticket seller to performances in our venue. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any patrons who have purchased their tickets from any unauthorised seller, including tickets resold.
The right is reserved to vary advertised artists, programs, pricing, and seating arrangements.
Tickets purchased will be subject to an additional per-transaction fee.
The right is reserved to vary ticket prices at times throughout the sales period.
Specific warnings will be advised prior to the day of activity, providing that information has been supplied by the producer/promoter of that event/activity.
Latecomers may only be admitted at the discretion of Management and entry may be refused on occasions.
Unless otherwise indicated, all persons (including infants and children) must hold a valid ticket for entry to that event/activity.
Unless otherwise indicated, the use of photographic or recording equipment (including mobile phones) is strictly prohibited.
Ticket refunds and exchanges may be issued at the discretion of Management, but will not be considered within 3 business days of an event or activity. Refunds and/or exchanges may be subject to a fee.
When you request a refund for a ticket that was purchased as part of a package, the remaining tickets will be charged at their individual prices.
Where applicable, GST has been applied.
