1. What is the Ratepayer Rewards initiative?
The Ratepayer Rewards initiative is a Frankston City Council program offering Frankston ratepayers a $30 voucher to use toward a ticket to any eligible show at the Frankston Arts Centre. It’s your chance to enjoy live theatre, music, comedy, or other performances right in your local area.
2. Who is eligible to receive the $30 voucher?
The voucher is available to eligible Frankston City Council ratepayers as part of the Ratepayer Rewards initiative. One voucher per rateable property is available.
3. What can I use the $30 voucher for?
You can use the voucher towards the cost of a ticket to any participating show at the Frankston Arts Centre. Whether it’s drama, comedy, live music, or another performance, the choice is yours!
4. How do I redeem my voucher?
Follow these simple steps:
- Complete the Redemption Form: Submit your details via the online form.
- Wait for Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirming your submission (this is not your voucher).
- Receive Your Voucher: Within 5 business days, you’ll get an email with your voucher and unique redemption code.
- Book Your Show: Select your tickets online and use the Redeem Gift or Ratepayer Voucher button when booking your chosen show. Enter the voucher number from our email, then select Next to add any further payment details, you can also call the box office on 03 9784 1060 to book your tickets
- Book your show prior to the voucher expiry date 31 March 2026

5. Can I use the voucher on any show at the Frankston Arts Centre?
Most shows are eligible, but some exclusions may apply. Check the Frankston Arts Centre website for current show listings and eligibility.
6. Can I use the voucher for more than one ticket?
The voucher applies to one booking only and takes $30 off the total cost. If your ticket is less than $30, the remaining amount is not refundable or transferable. If it’s more, you simply pay the difference.
7. How long do I have to use the voucher?
Each voucher must be redeemed for your show of choice by 31 March 2026, the show can be after this date but you must redeem by 31 March 2026 otherwise your voucher will have expired and no extensions are possible.
8. Can I transfer the voucher to someone else?
Yes you can pass your voucher number on to someone else to redeem.
9. What if I don’t receive my voucher within 5 business days?
If you haven’t received your voucher after 5 business days, check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, contact the Frankston Arts Centre Box Office for assistance.
10. Can I use the voucher in person or only online?
You can use your voucher online by entering your voucher number at checkout or contact the Box Office 03 9784 1060 quoting your voucher number when booking.
11. I’ve lost my voucher code. What should I do?
Contact the Frankston Arts Centre Box Office 03 9784 1060. They can assist in retrieving your code, provided you are the original applicant.
12. Can I get change from my voucher?
If the total transaction amount is less than $30, the voucher will be considered fully redeemed, and no change or credit will be issued. Any remaining balance will be forfeited.
13. What happens to my voucher if my show is cancelled or I need a refund.
If your show is cancelled or you request a refund, only the amount you paid in addition to the $30 voucher will be refunded. The $30 voucher value will be credited to your FAC account for future use.
