Join the FAC E-news, we will send you a weekly e-newsletter to keep you up to date with all that is happening at The FAC. If you don't have an email address, or prefer your information delivered by post, please call the box office on 03 9784 1060 and our friendly staff can organise it for you.

By joining our database here, you can maintain your information at FAC.

You will be able to choose how you would prefer to receive information, weekly emails, post 3 times per year, or both.

You will also be able to

  • update your contact details
  • indicate the types of events that are of interest to you. We may send you an additional email if we have an event that we believe would be of interest to you
  • check your purchases to upcoming events
  • check on Gift Card balances
  • choose to no longer receive email and/or post information

If you have purchased tickets online in the past or previously supplied an email address you will already have an online account. Enter your email address and select 'forgot password' and a temporary one-time use password will be sent to your email address.
