Gold Membership Frequently Asked Questions
How do I choose the Season Show I want to attend for free?
When you log into the website as a Gold member, you’ll see a message at the top of the page listing the shows available for the free Gold Ticket. Simply choose the show you want to attend, go to that event’s page, and select the "Free Gold Ticket" option to book your tickets online.
What if I can't attend the free show I picked?
You must let us know three days before the show if you want to change your free ticket for another show. You cannot be refunded for the free show but you can pick another one from the available shortlist if you change your mind or can’t attend.
What shows are in the Surprise Ticket Lottery?
Well if we told you it wouldn't be a surprise! The shows could be anything that's coming up at Frankston Arts Centre. The winner and show will be announced in the E-news after each lottery.
What if I win the ticket lottery and can't go to the show?
You are welcome to pass your tickets to friends or family however no refunds or exchanges are allowed.
