Choosing Frankston Arts Centre for your event gives you access to our expert Ticketing Services and Marketing teams.  We are here to assist you to put your event on sale and promote it.     

A Ticketing Services account manager will discuss your event with you and advise you on an individualised package to best suit your requirements.

Cost Effective Ticketing at your service

Our ticketing costs for conferences and events are comparable with online ticketing websites with the advantage of having a ticketing expert to guide you, set it up for you and a team to handle enquiries. Our Ticketing Services team manage reminder emails for your event and also set up regular sales reports to be emailed to you.

Box Office with real people!

Our Box Office team are available to take enquiries about your event on the phone 10am to 5pm every weekday and 9am to 2pm on Saturdays.  For an additional cost, we can also arrange for a ticketing service team member to be a part of your registration team on your event day to assist with ticketing enquiries or walk-up bookings.

Data & Communication

As part of the sales process, your guests agree to share their information with you so that you can be in contact directly with them regarding details of your event. You can also ask them to sign up for your marketing emails during the registration process.

Marketing Opportunities for free!

As an event ticketed through Frankston Arts Centre, your event is eligible to access hundreds of dollars’ worth of free promotion. Your event will be promoted through Frankston Arts Centre’s promotional channels.
