Have you signed your waiver? The Waiver and Permissions form must be submitted for each participant. Sign the Waiver form below if you haven't yet done so.
Where to go: Frankston Foreshore outside the Frankston Life Saving Club at 1 Long Island Drive, Frankston (near the Waves On The Beach restaurant).
What to bring: Your towels and something cosy to put on afterwards. There are public toilets in the Waves restaurant building, but it may be easier to bring something you can throw on over your swimwear. You may like to bring money to purchase a warm treat from the brekkie sizzle run by the Lifesaving Club.
Running schedule:
7.45am - Arrive and check-in with a South Side Festival marshal.
8am - Get in the water! Stay in for as long as you like. Experienced cold water dippers recommend staying in the water for 10-20 minutes, but there is no expectation that you stay in longer than you wish.
9am - South Side Sea Soak concludes
