A well designed dish can satisfy many of these, just think about rich aromas, complex flavours and visual artistry.
All important elements our Executive Chef takes into consideration when designing the new season's menus, an art form in itself.
To develop the perfect menu, planning needs to include balance, nutritional quality, aesthetics, and variety, including color, texture, flavors, shapes and portion size of food.
