Art Excursions for Schools
Gallery Tours at Frankston Arts Centre
Frankston Arts Centre invites school groups to explore visual art through guided tours across five dynamic exhibition spaces, including the striking Glass Cube Gallery on Davey Street, the versatile Cube 37 gallery, and the welcoming main foyer exhibition areas. These spaces showcase a rotating program featuring works by established, emerging, and community artists, offering students exposure to a broad spectrum of styles, mediums, and themes.
Suitable for both primary and secondary students, tours are led by our knowledgeable art curator or passionate team members who provide engaging insights into the artists, techniques, and curatorial vision. While the experience is observational rather than hands-on, students are encouraged to observe closely, think critically, and reflect creatively on the artworks they encounter.
