The Resilience Project is back these term 3 holidays with their much-loved and incredibly fun kids show, 3 Happy Tricks! This is a great school holiday activity for families to learn how to incorporate GEM strategies into their daily routines…and have a bit of fun while doing so!

Event Description

Led by Partner and Lead Facilitator at The Resilience Project, Martin Heppell, 3 Happy Tricks is packed with catchy tunes, memorable stories and so much energy. Embedded in all the fun is simple, practical mental health strategies designed to support children (and the adults who care for them) to build positive wellbeing habits.

With 1 in 4 primary students and 1 in 3 secondary students experiencing high levels of anxiety and/or depression, the need for a preventative approach to support young people’s mental wellbeing has never been greater. And that’s where The Resilience Project steps in. Known for their work in schools and workplaces across the country, The Resilience Project is one of Australia’s leading mental health prevention organisations, having reached millions with the evidence-based principles of gratitude, empathy and mindfulness (affectionately known as GEM).
