Behind The Curtain takes listeners behind the scenes, exploring the many moving parts that bring the Centre to life each day. Across five episodes, the series highlights key areas of our operations, including Front of House, Hospitality, Back of House, Ticketing and Programming, revealing the care, teamwork and passion behind every visitor experience.
Meet the People Behind the Experience
At the heart of this series are the dedicated staff who make Frankston Arts Centre what it is.
Featuring voices from across the organisation, including Louise, John, Kathleen, Lenita, Katie, Holly, Glenn and Heidi each episode shares authentic, behind the scenes insights into the roles that shape our events.
The series opens with two familiar and welcoming faces from our Front of House team. If you’ve attended a performance, chances are Louise and John have greeted you at the door. Their episode offers a warm and honest look at what it takes to create a memorable experience for every visitor, from managing busy performance nights to ensuring every guest feels supported and at ease.
