Ventana is Frankston City Council’s Intercultural Arts Program and is a celebration of diversity and the rich cultures in our community and greater Melbourne, through art, live music & performance, food, and creative experiences. This program will offer visual art exhibitions, performances, workshops, and events throughout the year; in addition to programmed activities of live music, dance, workshops, and food – located at the annual summer Waterfront Festival.

This program is built upon and a celebration of the Ventana Fiesta legacy and will continue to grow and elevate cultural representation including Latin communities. Throughout the history of this program, we have showcased a diverse program of artists – for example First Nations, Indian, Korean, Colombian, Ethiopian, Cuban, Turkish, Maltese, Chilean, Italian, Japanese & West African performers.

Stay tuned for more announcements of the exciting visual art exhibitions, performances, workshops, and events planned in Frankston City throughout the year!
