We are turning up the heat on events at Frankston Arts Centre!

 We're talking fragrant spices and exotic ingredients in rich, flavourful dishes with just the right amount of kick.   

Thanks to the depth of culinary experience within our talented kitchen team, we are thrilled to present our new Indian Buffet Menu to event clients.  Designed by Head Chef Shane Newell in collaboration with Chef Dipesh Chavan the menu celebrates and honours the cultural diversity within our community, bringing authentic Indian flavours, colours and textures to the plate.

For clients wishing to step away from the traditional banquet, we offer a feast to engage all senses. Take in the aromatics, admire a beautifully presented buffet and taste the light and fragrant dishes of southern India to the rich and bold tastes of the North.

The menu can be further tailored to cater for all Indian sub-continent cuisines Sri-Lankan, Pakistani & Bangladeshi. (and all spice intensities, from mild to extra hot)
