Artwell is a community art program, which aims to provide a safe, creative and friendly space for people experiencing mental health concerns, including those living with, or in recovery from mental illness.
The program promotes and enables mental health well-being through the creative practice of art making. The program is lead by an accredited Art Therapist who facilitates social engagement, individual and collaborative art making, as well as guided activities to enhance personal meaning making, self-awareness and enjoyment in Art.
No experience in art making is required. All materials and tea / coffee provided.
Carers/ support people are welcome to attend.
