If you loved The Gruffalo, don't miss the sequel, which returns following previous sell-out Australian tours! Join the Gruffalo’s Child on her adventurous mission in this magical musical adaptation of the much-loved picture book.

One wild and windy night the Gruffalo’s Child ignores her father’s warnings about the Big Bad Mouse and tiptoes out into the deep dark wood. After all, the Big Bad Mouse doesn’t really exist... does he?

Frankston Arts Centre is committed to the safety of all audience members, performers, crew and theatre staff.

In line with the latest advice from the Australian Federal and Victorian Governments on the prevention of the spread of COVID-19, Frankston Arts Centre will be temporarily closed from Monday 16 March through until Monday 13 April, 2020.   During this time the situation will be continually reviewed, based on the latest government advice. Decisions on any potential further closure will take into account any developments in the COVID-19 situation and Government advice.

The venue closure means that all scheduled performances and events from Monday 16 March to Monday 13 April, 2020 at Frankston Arts Centre venues have been cancelled.

Closures include FAC main theatre, Cube 37, The Function Centre and all ancillary spaces at the Frankston Arts Centre. We understand cancellations are disappointing, and we ask for your patience and understanding at this difficult time.

Those who purchased tickets for performances from Wednesday 18 March until Monday 13 April 2020 will be contacted and refunded. Please do not contact us regarding refunds as our Box Office will be busy processing these in order of event date and answering phone enquires will only slow down the process.

Our website will be updated regularly with the latest information on each event. As the whole venue will be closed to the public, the best way to contact us, if required, is through phone, email or social media.

Please remember that this closure is temporary and we encourage you to support the arts and entertainment industry as soon as the situation has improved.

We look forward to welcoming audiences back to Frankston Arts Centre very soon.
