Have you ever wanted to build a chain reaction of your own? Watch tinkerer, inventor and comedian Jens Altheimer's fun and free online videos these school holidays. He will reveals tips, tricks and secrets of how to set up a successful chain reaction machine in your house. You know those funny machines, where one thing moves the next… and then the next… all on its own?

Share your masterpiece with everyone!

We'd love to see how you've put your imagination to work to create your very own Rube Goldberg 'chain reaction' machine at home. No matter how big or small it is, send us a video of your invention in action so we can create a video of all your masterpieces to share with everyone.

You may need to ask a grown up for help. Here's how to do it:

1. Take a video of your machine in action on your phone, iPad or tablet (film it in landscape format)

2. Go to WeTransfer.com to upload your file and send it to us as a free account.

3. In the 'Email to' field, enter: facmarketing@frankston.vic.gov.au

4. Add 'Your email' address, and in the 'Message' field please include your name and age.

5. WeTransfer may ask you to verify your email address by sending you a code you will need to enter in order to transfer your file to us.  

6. Click the Transfer button and we will be notified that your video is ready to download! Too easy.

We'll get in contact with you to confirm we have received your video and to ensure we have your grown up's permission to use it publicly.

All you have to do then is sit tight... we'll let you know when the video featuring all your chain reaction machines is ready to watch and share with your friends!
