Producing 101. This workshop covers methods on how to prepare, organisational tips and tricks and professional advice on how to produce a show.  We’ll breakdown the building blocks of producing, budgeting and look at marketing strategies for 2021.

Laura Milke Garner is the founder, producer and managing director of MILKE. From radio to comedy to theatre, Adelaide Fringe to the Sydney Opera House, Laura has worked behing the scenes on shows with big names, up and comers and everyone in between. As a producer, Laura is most excited by the development of quality new work, finding new opportunities for existing work, and collaborating with ambitious and passionate artists. Her programs offer creative people the structure, strategy and practical support needed to build their careers and seek new opportunities – and audiences – for their work.
