Mparra Karrti (Us mob belong to the Country)

Iltja Ntjarra / Many Hands Art Centre is Aboriginal owned and directed with a special focus on supporting the ‘Hermannsburg School’ style watercolour artists. Mparra Karrti is an exhibition of original watercolour paintings painted on top of camera-less lumen-prints. This technique was used to cite and expand upon Albert Namatjira’s likely relationship to the photographic medium.

Catalogue prices are for unframed works on paper and all artwork comes with a certificate of provenance and authenticity issued by Many Hands Art Centre.
