Will it be hot/cold in the theatre?

The temperature inside most theatre venues is, if you’ll excuse the play on words, a hot topic! Frankston Arts Centre makes every effort to ensure a comfortable internal temperature for its patrons, however maintaining a consistent temperature inside such a large auditorium is a constant challenge. Patrons should feel free to report any concerns to Front of House staff who will investigate. Light layers that will allow you to adjust your outfit accordingly are recommended.

Is there a booster seat for my young child?

There are a limited number of boosters cushions available, however these are not offered at performances where the audience is predominately young children as the limited number available would not be able to accommodate the demand. For all other performances, booster cushions are issued on a first come, first served basis - please ask one of our friendly Ushers as you enter the auditorium. Booster cushions are not permitted in the Dress Circle.

What do I do with my pram/pusher?

Due to Safety and Evacuation regulations, prams and pushers are NOT permitted in the auditorium. However, we will happily store them while you attend one of our performances. Please talk to our Front of House staff for assistance.
