There is no need to travel to Mexico! Come to the Frankston Arts Centre for a massive celebration with Mexican Wrestling Lucha Fantastica, the Sin Frontera Mariachi Ensemble, The Lone Mariachi with the Silver Masked Men Band and the gracious Mexbourne Mexican dancers, a Piñata and more!
