About the Artwork
‘Salt Landscape’ 2015
Original Work; Oil on canvas, 182 x 122
Using Visual Art to convey or express the conceptual content of the environment, or relevant issues concerning the environment, paying particular emphasis to the natural world. My current body of work is exploring the theme of ‘land ownership’ and ‘usage’ within an environmental framework. Furthermore, exploring the notion of human impact, on the natural environment, juxtaposing indigenous and non-indigenous influences regarding the effects of environmental issues, relating to the Australian landscape & landscape painting.
