Circus on Wheels

Cirque sur Roues

Circus on Wheels, fondly known and originally named as "Cirque sur Roues" is an inclusive circus, catering for adults of all abilities, and welcoming people with physical and intellectual disability and acquired brain injury. Bring a friend, carer or family member and come learn some new skills, meet new people and of course, have fun! Cirque Sur Roues is the brainchild of Isi Lumbroso of Ready Set Play Kids, a highly skilled and talented circus artist and facilitator. The warm and friendly approach in classes allows participants the opportunity for success and enjoyment in learning a variety of skills. The class includes warm-up games, great for communication (both verbal and non-verbal) and a mix of attainable challenges. Manipulations such as hoops, devil sticks, spinning plates, poi and staff, juggling (all of which are catered to those who are wheelchair users and any ability) formations and acrobatics will be taught throughout the program.
