Ticket Delivery Options

Tickets to Mobile
FAC Mobile Tickets offers you convenience and improved access with tickets sent direct to your smartphone.  You will need to download your tickets to your smartphone wallet using the download link sent in your confirmation email. Once downloaded you have the option to send individual tickets onto each person in your booking, this option can be accessed through the information button on the bottom right hand corner of your mobile ticket.

Helpful tips when arriving at the event:
     - Before arriving at the event open your smart phone wallet, in preparation for scanning
     - Select your Mobile Tickets for the event you are attending
     - Ensure the back-light on your mobile phone is turned up to aid the speed of scanning your Mobile Ticket (see the manufacturer's manual for instructions.)
     - Present the Mobile Ticket to the usher for scanning

If tickets are not accessible on your mobile device you will directed to the Box Office to have a re-print at a charge of $1 per ticket.

Print at Home
An email will be sent to your email address, with a separate attachment for each ticket purchased. The attached ticket/s MUST be printed and presented at the theatre door. If tickets are not printed you will directed to the Box Office to have a re-print at a charge of $1 per ticket.

Collect
Tickets can be collected from the Box Office free of charge during normal business hours, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-2pm, or in the hour before the event.

Post
Tickets can be mailed at an additional cost of $3.50.  This option is not available if purchased 10 or fewer days prior to an event.
