In 1997, Dr Paul Lam, a tai chi master, created the Arthritis Form. It is designed to relieve pain and help improve quality of life for those with arthritis, and is recognised world wide by Arthritis Foundations and Societies. The special feature of Tai Chi for Arthritis is that it is easy and enjoyable to learn, bringing with it the many health benefits safely and quickly. Medical studies have proven this program to be effective and safe.
