The Frankston Arts Centre has a strong history of community cultural development - bringing people and the arts together in one place. We provide a variety of community access programs every year, including workshops involving theatre, visual arts and new media arts. Enjoy the festive art work created by the Monday Art Group for adults with disabilties in 2011. Following the successful tour of Go Away Mr Worrythoughts! enjoyed by over 8,000 primary school children in 2011, we are pleased to announce that we will be touring this adaptation of the best selling children's book by Nicky Johnston. We strive for positive community participation and engagement through various exhibitions and special events and work with the community to increase access options for people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds through Arts Access.
